What to bring:
  Sunscreen, hat, polarized sunglasses, soft-sided cooler, food + non-glass drinks, light rain layer

Safety briefing (on board, before departure):
  - PFD locations and use
  - Emergency contact, VHF channel
  - Man-overboard procedure
  - Sea-sickness mitigation (eat light, stay hydrated, look at horizon)
